We proudly offer fully insured shipping on all orders.
Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock items: Ship within 2–5 business days
- Made-to-order / custom items: Please allow 10–15 business days for production and processing before shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Important Information
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume
- Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may ship together once all items are completed
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
- All packages are fully insured while in transit
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. Bust Down & Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bust Down & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Production
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced specifically for each customer. Production timelines may vary slightly depending on:

- Customization complexity
- Order volume
- Quality control requirements
