Returns & Refund Policy
At Bust Down & Co., every piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and made-to-order production, we maintain a strict return policy to protect against wear, tampering, and customization abuse.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation:
- Custom jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Grillz
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Special order items
- Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
- Any item showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage
Eligible Returns
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included
- Item must pass inspection upon return
- Customer is responsible for insured return shipping
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods except in cases where:
- The incorrect item was shipped
- The item arrives damaged
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
Approved refunds are issued only after inspection and approval by our team.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production, sourcing, or processing has begun.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are immediately placed into production and therefore cannot be canceled after purchase.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
To protect our business from fraudulent activity:
- All orders are documented before shipment
- High-value orders may require signature confirmation and ID verification
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting shipment and production evidence
Shipping Damage or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the item
- Order number
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for resolution
