We proudly offer fully insured shipping on all orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–5 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Please allow 10–15 business days for production and processing before shipment
  • Custom items: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production after your design is approved, followed by quality control inspection before shipment

Made-to-order items are pieces from our catalog that are produced once you place your order. Custom items are one-of-a-kind pieces designed with our team through a personal consultation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Important Information

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume
  • Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order or custom items may ship together once all items are completed
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
  • All packages are fully insured while in transit

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. Bust Down & Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bust Down & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.

Custom & Made-to-Order Production

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced specifically for each customer. Production timelines may vary slightly depending on:

  • Material availability
  • Customization complexity
  • Order volume
  • Quality control requirements
